This innovative 3 day pre-course provides an in-depth and engaging experience for hospitalists who seek clinical skill development.
Participants will join faculty at UCSF Medical Center to participate
in clinical teaching rounds and seminars in 3 domains: Critical Care Medicine, Hospital-based Neurology, and Surgical Co-Management. Participants will also receive hands-on procedural training (e.g., use of ultrasound guidance) and sessions focused on interpreting radiographic studies,
building diagnostic acumen, and using electronic resources to quickly answer clinical questions.
The University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine (UCSF) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
