Overview:
Enrollment in this seminar is limited to 18 people and will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. The seminar will be held on the University of California, San Francisco campus in rooms HSW-400 and M-557. Shuttle service will be provided between the Hotel Nikko and UCSF.

Objectives:
To present the audience a hands-on experience in diagnostic problems in everyday cytopathology practice and an update on recent developments in the use of special techniques in cytopathology. At the end of the cytopathology course, the learner will be able to identify common problem areas in cytopathology practice, recognize potential pitfalls and develop a differential diagnosis and a management plan. The learner will be able to identify the practical benefit of special techniques.
